As a procurement and supply company, warranty coverage is primarily provided by the respective manufacturer unless otherwise stated in your quotation or purchase agreement.

Installation Requirements
Certain products—including solar systems, inverters, batteries, HVAC equipment, and smart energy devices—must be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation guidelines.
Failure to follow recommended installation procedures may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers should provide:

- Photos or videos showing the fault

Inspection & Assessment

Energize Mart facilitates warranty claims between customers and manufacturers where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our liability is limited to the value of the supplied product. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including business interruption, loss of revenue, or installation costs resulting from equipment failure.
