Energize Mart uses an integrated and secure online payment system to ensure safe, reliable, and convenient transactions for all customers in Ghana.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed through our secure integrated payment gateway, Paystack, which supports multiple payment options including:

• Debit and credit cards

• Mobile Money (MoMo)

• Bank transfers

• Other supported digital payment methods

All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through our payment provider.

2. Full Payment Requirement

Full payment is required before international sourcing and shipping commence.

Total payment includes:

• Product price

• Calculated shipping fee

Orders will only proceed to procurement and international processing after full payment has been successfully confirmed.

Energize Mart does not operate on partial payments or cash on delivery due to the international sourcing structure of our business model.

3. Currency & Pricing

All product prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS).

Customers may complete payment using any supported currency; however, the final charged amount must be equivalent to the listed Ghana Cedi price based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment processing.

4. Price Adjustment & Exchange Rate Disclaimer

All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Price adjustments may occur due to:

• Manufacturer pricing changes

• Supplier cost revisions

• Raw material cost fluctuations

• Exchange rate variations between the Ghana Cedi and foreign currencies

• International shipping or import cost changes

If significant manufacturer price adjustments or exchange rate fluctuations occur before payment is completed, Energize Mart reserves the right to update the quoted price accordingly.

However, once full payment has been received and confirmed, the agreed price for that order will not be affected by subsequent pricing changes.
