1. Shipping Duration

Our standard delivery timeline is up to 60 days from order confirmation.

This period includes:

• Product sourcing from verified manufacturing partners

• Quality coordination and export preparation

• International shipping

• Customs clearance processes in Ghana

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, order size, and shipping conditions, but the estimated maximum processing period remains 60 days.

2. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Customs processing delays

• International freight disruptions

• Regulatory inspections

• Force majeure events

may affect shipment timelines.

In the event of any delay, customers will be promptly notified with updated information. Energize Mart remains committed to minimizing delays and ensuring transparent communication throughout the process.

3. Pickup Process

Once shipments arrive in Ghana and complete customs clearance, customers will be notified for pickup.

Product collection is handled through our logistics partner:
