Customers are required to inspect products at the pickup location before accepting delivery.
Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately at the point of collection.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the international sourcing nature of our business model, returns are limited to:
Incorrect product supplied
Manufacturer defects
Products damaged during shipping (verified at pickup)
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by customer
Improper handling after pickup
3. Warranty Coverage
Warranty terms are based on manufacturer policies.
Where applicable:
Manufacturer warranty documentation will be provided
Warranty claims may require technical verification
Certain products may have limited or conditional warranty coverage
Energize Mart facilitates warranty coordination but does not independently manufacture products.
